Arup is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Architect to join our Brisbane-based Architecture business. You'll lead and contribute to multidisciplinary design projects across Australia & New Zealand, from concept through to delivery. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality architectural outcomes while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across disciplines.

The Opportunity

• Deliver architectural design and documentation across a range of sectors, including transport, infrastructure, and public realm.
• Accountable for the delivery of projects or packages, supervising and coordinating multidiscipline design inputs and driving integration and collaboration across teams.
• Foster enthusiasm for design and collaboration across the architecture and multidisciplinary teams, elevating culture through a positive, solutions-focused attitude that drives quality outcomes and a supportive working environment.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, contributing to project strategy and delivery.
• Contribute to the growth of Arup's architectural presence in Queensland by supporting initiatives that emphasise quality and total design, and by collaborating closely with colleagues to help elevate project outcomes across APAC.

Is this role right for you?

• Minimum 8 years' experience and registration as an Architect in Queensland.
• Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency across leading software including Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Proven experience delivering complex architectural projects within a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
• Deep understanding of building design processes, legislation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
