What You'll Do

  • Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs across our fleet.
  • Perform electrical work, minor modifications and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with our zero-emission vehicle team on EV systems and diagnostics.
  • Respond to roadside breakdowns as part of a rotating roster.
  • Ensure vehicles meet the highest safety, compliance and performance standards.
  • Primarily work on our existing diesel bus fleet across the Sydney Metropolitan region

What You'll Bring

  • Trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic and/or Auto Electrician (dual trade highly regarded).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with bus or coach maintenance preferred, not essential.
  • Current Heavy Vehicle driver's licence (preferred).
  • Team player with a safety-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Australian working rights (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent with basic computer systems and workshop software.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
