The opportunity:

Join us as Service Delivery Manager and lead operational excellence across our Sydney Airport operations.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Sydney Airport, achieving contract KPIs including on-time performance
  • Lead and support operational supervisors, providing strategic oversight on staff performance, safety, and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including airport authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Drive safety initiatives, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
The boxes you'll tick:
  • Proven experience in operational leadership within transport or similar industries
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
  • A current HR class driving license
  • Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC) or the ability to obtain one
  • A current ADA permit (Authority to drive airside) or willing to obtain
  • A current Working with Children's check
  • Be able to pass a pre‐employment functional and drug & alcohol clearance
  • Have Australian Work Rights

For almost 50 years, SkyBus has provided airport bus services in Australia. We are honoured to have recently been awarded the airside contract at Sydney airport. This is an exciting new chapter for us, expanding our world famous brand into Sydney, and fast tracking to a fully battery electric bus fleet over the next few years.
