About the Role

We're looking for an
experienced
and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our amazing Team Leader to help support the growth within the region. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Conduct face-to-face & remote assessments
  • Run wellness programs & pre-employment assessments
  • Attend case conferences & client meetings
  • Deliver single services, assessments, and mental health programs
  • Work collaboratively on joint cases with a multidisciplinary team
  • Get involved in larger projects like injury prevention and job dictionary development.

About You

You're a Rehabilitation Consultant who thrives on making a difference. You're a natural communicator, great at building relationships, and driven to help people get back on track.

  • Our purpose, values, and impact resonate with you
  • Experienced in occupational rehabilitation
  • You love building relationships with clients, employers, and insurers
  • Registered with AHPRA or ESSA
  • You have a valid Australia Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle
