About the Role
We have permanent Orchard Hand positions on offer at our Bucca, Elliott River and Farnsfield sites.
Essential Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to safety first culture
- Tractor operating experience, harvester or spraying experience
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Genuine interest in agriculture and working on a macadamia orchard
- Have used or willing to use farm management software
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow Work Health Safety policies and procedures
- Ability and willingness to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas
- Drivers licence and own transport
Highly Desired requirements:
- Recent agriculture experience
- ChemCert Ticket or willingness to obtain
- Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain

What You Should Know About Our Operations
Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland. In addition to fruit and nut growing, we also operate apiaries located in Temora, Nowra and Dubbo.
Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
