Job Title: Cabinet Maker

Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $40–$48 per hour (based on experience)

We are a local family-owned cabinetry and joinery business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a supportive, down-to-earth and positive team culture. Based in Molendinar, we manufacture and install custom residential cabinetry across the Gold Coast.

This role involves both manufacturing and installation of custom cabinetry.

This full-time role involves working in our Molendinar workshop and travelling to job sites to install cabinetry once production is complete. We're seeking an experienced installer who takes pride in precision and high-quality finishes.

All necessary tools and equipment will be provided by the company.

• Install custom cabinetry in residential homes

• Interpret plans and drawings accurately

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Safely operate hand and power tools

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Work efficiently with the workshop team to meet deadlines

• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace

• Proven cabinetry installation experience

• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and site installation

• Ability to problem-solve on-site

• Manual driver's licence

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Able to work independently and within a small team

• Certificate III qualification or equivalent with relevant experience

• Minimum 5 years of cabinet making experience required

• $40–$48 per hour (depending on experience)
