Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to advise clients on high-profile deals in the energy transition and renewable energy sectors. The role involves leading financial modeling workstreams across live transactions, providing strategic advisory services, and engaging with senior clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions
  • Promote collaboration between cross-functional teams and clients to drive successful deal execution
  • Analyze market trends and provide insightful recommendations to clients
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and investment materials for clients

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years' experience in investment banking or a related field with infrastructure/utilities/renewables sector coverage
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, transaction execution, and strategic advisory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with brownfield infrastructure M&A or PPP transactions is a plus
