ROLE PURPOSE

The key purpose of this position is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing activities across the organisation's social media, email marketing, content production, and paid advertising channels. Key responsibilities include content coordination, platform scheduling, campaign reporting, and the ongoing support of paid digital media initiatives.

DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

To be successful in this role you will be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of digital campaigns that align with brand objectives and seasonal priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the rollout of digital campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, brand storytelling, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate campaign assets (imagery, copy, video) for use across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and styling teams to ensure digital outputs align with overall brand direction and campaign concepts.

Social Media Coordination

  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Curate and brief content that reflects seasonal trends, styling direction, and cultural relevance.
  • Monitor platform trends and provide ideas for reactive or strategic content opportunities.

Email Marketing

  • Assist with planning, writing, and designing email newsletters including campaign launches, styling features, editorial content, and brand news.
  • Support segmentation, list hygiene, and audience targeting in email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
  • Track and report on open rates, click-throughs, and campaign performance to inform improvements.

Influencer & UGC Content Co-Ordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external creatives (Influencers, content Creators, photographers & stylists) to plan and execute digital-first content.
  • Research, brief and collaborate with influencers and content creators to create UGC & influencer content that builds brand awareness and recognition.
  • Ensure content reflects current trends, the brand aesthetic, and messaging priorities.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Track performance of digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Keep up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in audience behaviour within the fashion space.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

· Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field

· Additional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO or email marketing platforms (desired)

· Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing or marketing support role within ecommerce fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand

· Hands on experience assisting with paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok etc)

· Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and basic segmentation strategies

· Familiarity with Shopify

· Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research and content optimisation

· Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools

· Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign results and insights

· Creative thinker with eye for trends, content and branding

· Excellent relationship management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A strong work ethic and positive initiative.
