You won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with cleaners and facility teams, delivering meaningful change every day.

 What You'll Do

  • Deliver in-person training and coaching to cleaning teams in hospitals and aged care homes.
  • Introduce and support easy-to-use digital tools that boost cleaning performance and confidence.
  • Lead audits and retraining using real-time app-based systems.
  • Help sites roll out our cleaning framework – from initial setup to long-term success.
  • Collaborate with our national team to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation.

 Where You'll Work

  • Based in VIC with regular interstate and metro travel (2 weeks a month).
  • Domestic travel to WA, SA & QLD.
  • You'll be on-site regularly — collaborating with teams, seeing real results.

  • Experience in healthcare, aged care, infection control, cleaning services, or frontline training.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys empowering people and improving systems.
  • Confident with technology (apps, tablets, or training tools).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
