This is more than an Infrastructure Engineer role. We're looking for someone who's going to take on our ethos and help shape the future of our industry. You'll also live and breathe our 10 commandments* (see More Than an Appendix below).

MORE THAN A ROLE

Our role descriptions aren't the norm. This is what we're looking for:

• Work on successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across diverse client environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Manage the delivery of approved Statements of Work (SOWs), balancing scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations across stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement technical change requests, including infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including detailed as-built documents and comprehensive handover materials for BAU teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to implement and manage technical changes effectively.

THE ABSOLUTES-MUSTS

Sound demonstrable experience working with service providers with proven hands-on technical experience across the below skills:

• Ability to design and configure secure, scalable solutions ideally within Managed services environment.
• Extensive all-round understanding and demonstrable experience of virtualisation, storage, compute, and backup technologies.
• Deep experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and messaging platforms across large scale deployments.
• Sound fundamental understanding of available migration strategies, paths, risks, and issues with the relevant products.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including Design, as-built, Migration Plans, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
