About the role

National Poly Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Labour - Rotational Moulder to join our team in our Bundaberg, QLD facility. This full-time position will have you playing a crucial role in the production and manufacturing processes of our leading plastics company.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating and maintaining rotational moulding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products
  • Performing mould preparation and loading, monitoring moulding cycles, and unloading finished products
  • Undertaking quality control checks and maintaining production records
  • Assisting with general labouring duties as required, including cleaning and housekeeping
  • Identifying and reporting any equipment issues or process improvements
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment to ensure targets and deadlines are met

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a similar labouring or manufacturing role, ideally within the plastics industry
  • Demonstrated competency in operating rotational moulding equipment and other production machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
