About the Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind business development and team success in the façade and roofing space. Your role will balance strategic oversight with hands-on engagement, ensuring your team delivers excellence from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a results-driven sales team.
- Building trusted relationships with architects, specifiers, consultants, and contractors at all levels.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
- Providing technical expertise on compliance, product application, and design solutions.
- Monitoring market activity and competitor trends to identify and capture new opportunities.
About You:
We're seeking a seasoned professional who brings:
- Strong experience in architectural product sales, ideally with façades, cladding, or roofing systems specifically in the commercial space.
- Solid pipeline of T1 & T2 Builders and Architects.
- A technical mindset, confident navigating NCC, Australian Standards, and compliance discussions.
- Proven success in leading teams, coaching, and building a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Sharp communication and negotiation skills, able to connect with stakeholders from site managers through to leading architects.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to shape and deliver sales strategies that drive growth.
- This role would suit someone with both the experience and maturity to lead strategically while staying engaged in technical and client-facing detail.
