About the Role:

NARM Rubber Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Factory Hand to join our friendly team in Wacol.

This hands-on role involves pressing, trimming, and packaging rubber products to a high standard.

Key Details:

  • Pay: $29/hour (Award Wage)
  • Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, 3–4 days per week
  • Type: Permanent Part-Time / Casual
  • Location: Wacol, Brisbane
  • Preferred: Female candidates encouraged to apply
  • Flexible hours available

What You'll Do:

  • Operate basic machinery to press rubber components
  • Trim and finish rubber products accurately
  • Package finished products ready for delivery
  • Follow all workplace health, safety and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment

  • Punctual, reliable and eager to learn
