Built for you
A Senior Planner at Built is responsible for ensuring frequent, up-to-date reporting of the project program status and provide expertise and advice on relevant matters. Additionally, the Planner will be responsible for supporting projects through the provision of professional project controls and services, including scheduling.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
- Assist the New business team in creating program and methodology strategies for new projects.
- Create, update, and maintain project schedules, considering dependencies, milestones, and constraints. Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to optimise project timelines
- Utilise programming software to develop comprehensive project plans, including activity sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Prepare and control accurate and efficient program reporting (including schedule risk analysis).
- Document agreed construction methodologies in accordance with the company's procedures and particular client requirements.
- Work closely with the Digital Engineering teams on 4D planning initiatives on projects

, knowing you've got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials you'll need for this role:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a planner within the commercial construction sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Possess any level of Australian security clearance, or have the ability to obtain relevant clearances (must have Australian citizenship)
- Previous experience with 4D planning will be considered favourably.
