As Fourth Wall's
Finance + Operations Manager
, you'll oversee day-to-day finance functions, ensure accurate and timely reporting, support budgeting and compliance, and help keep the business running smoothly across multiple entities.

You'll bring together strong technical accounting skills (especially MYOB) with organised, reliable operational management — becoming a trusted partner to the Managing Director and a steady source of clarity for the wider team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily finance operations including payroll, AP/AR, debtor oversight, and financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment tracking across the business
  • Maintain and improve financial systems, including MYOB Account Right, FileMaker Pro, and related tools
  • Coordinate compliance requirements, insurance, audits, tax processes, and multi-entity administration
  • Manage international payments and banking relationships, ensuring smooth transactions and up-to-date documentation
  • Support contract management, HR administration, and operational processes across the company
  • Oversee IT assets, software systems, and support cyber security and data protection practices
  • Assist with introducing AI and workflow improvements to help streamline operations
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure clear communication, reliable systems, and seamless day-to-day functioning
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented culture that reflects the Fourth Wall Way

About You

  • Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working toward completion)
  • 5–7 years' experience in finance roles, ideally in creative or fast-paced environments
  • Strong MYOB Account Right experience, with confidence managing multi-entity workflows
  • Skilled in budgeting, reporting, payroll, AP/AR, cash flow, and compliance
  • Comfortable working with external accountants, auditors, and financial advisors
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Strong communicator who can translate financial information into clear, actionable insights
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working both independently and with cross-functional teams
