You'll work closely with vulnerable customers helping them find sustainable employment, and offering compassionate support while maintaining healthy boundaries. This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis, located at our Port Adelaide site.

In this role, you will:

• Mentor and coach individuals to build their employability skills
• Connect people to job opportunities and external support services
• Maintain accurate records and manage client information in line with government systems
• Support clients to set goals and overcome employment barriers

What we're looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
• Motivation to meet individual targets and KPIs
• Solid administration skills and confidence with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry)
• Great attention to detail and ability to manage pressure
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Remuneration

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
