When you grow, we grow. The Ramelius Exploration team encompasses near mine resource definition and regional discovery exploration programmes across multiple mineralisation styles and lithology.

Exploration programmes range from early stages soil sampling to advanced resource definition programmes surrounding the Mount Magnet operation in the Midwest and the Rebecca-Roe tenements located approximately 150km east of Kalgoorlie.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, you'll be hands-on in planning and executing exploration programs while contributing to Ramelius' discovery success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing and overseeing mapping, sampling, and drill logging to required geological standards
• Accurately recording and providing exploration data in a timely manner
• Supervising and mentoring Field Technicians and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with tenure, heritage, health & safety obligations across field activities
• Interpreting data and delivering timely reports to stakeholders
• Actively contributing to a strong safety culture, including hazard identification and field leadership initiatives

About You

You're a motivated geologist who enjoys both technical fieldwork and being part of a collaborative exploration team. You'll also bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Geology, Geological Science, or related discipline
• Experience in mineral exploration or mine production geology tasks
• Knowledge of mining, health & safety, heritage, and tenure obligations in WA
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• WA "C" Class manual driver's licence and National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Desirable: First aid certificate and experience with geological database software
