Your next big opportunity: Food Coordinator for our Beechboro centre

We are seeking a Food Coordinator dedicated to providing children with a healthy and balanced diet to support their development and growth at our established centre in Beechboro takeon a temporary opportunity to cover a parental leave position.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the timely preparation of all food requirements.

  • Manage and cater to the individual dietary needs of each child.

  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals throughout the day, including main meals.

  • Diligently complete daily records in line with the Food Safety Act.

  • Maintain the highest standards of kitchen safety and hygiene.

  • Foster strong, positive relationships with team members to create a supportive work environment.

  • Consistently adhere to health and safety standards.

What you bring to the table:

  • A warm and caring personality, with the ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.

  • A current Child Protection certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).

  • A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is preferred.
