Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-oriented professional to join our team and help connect clients with the right talent. In this role, you'll partner closely with a wide range of customers to understand their hiring needs, offer expert advice, and confidently manage objections while influencing stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

This is a newly created role and a key contributor to our team's long-term vision. We're looking for a change-driven professional who thrives in evolving environments and can adapt as we move through ongoing technological and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct consultation calls to deliver high-quality engagement with customers.
  • Listen carefully to clients' needs and respond proactively to improve their experience and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive customer loyalty, retention, and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate progress tracking and compliance within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting metrics where required.
  • Contribute as a motivated and positive team member in a dynamic, start-up-style environment, helping achieve core business outcomes.
  • Implement strategies and operational processes to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Take on ad hoc assignments or special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Background in phone sales, customer success, or customer service, with a genuine interest in connecting with clients.
  • Adaptable and flexible, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or changing situations while staying focused on objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Strong collaborator who takes initiative and acts proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, confident in influencing others and handling objections.
  • Proficient in technology, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the employment industry is highly valued but not essential.
