Printing & Packaging - Customer Service Representative

TCPAK is a leading folding carton manufacturer located in Scoresby Victoria.

This is a tactical, day-to-day role focused on order management, communication, and seamless customer service.

You'll be the main contact for buyers, planners, procurement staff, and logistics coordinators, ensuring every detail is handled with care.

Main Job activities

Client Communication

  • Serve as the main contact for processing and tracking client orders.
  • Respond to queries on stock, shipments, invoices, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure production and inventory planning aligns with customer requirements.

Processing

  • Manage and follow through on quote, sample, and order requests.
  • Process orders + Confirm lead times, track job status, and keep updated clients with SOH + WIP.
  • Notify customers of aged stock and coordinate deliveries with the dispatch team.

Account Manager Collaboration

  • Keep account managers informed to support strong customer relationships.
  • Escalate recurring issues or complex requests outside the usual scope of work.
  • Share client special requests with the account manager for proactive follow-up.

Production Interaction

  • Follow up on artwork approvals to ensure alignment with print schedules.
  • Coordinate with production to secure order slots and delivery dates.
  • Communicate accurate, timely updates between customers and production teams.

After-Sales Service

  • Provide documentation such as order confirmations and delivery notifications.
  • Log and channel complaints (e.g., quality issues, late deliveries) internally.
  • Confirm goods are on board for critical shipments and follow up on PODs.
  • Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and gather feedback to improve service.
