We are seeking a full-time Membership Specialist to join the team at Crown Sydney.

The Role

The Membership Specialist supports the onboarding of Crown Sydney members by delivering a customer-focused experience while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. This role also involves managing records with precision and attention to detail.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and aligned with Crown's values.
  • Facilitate membership onboarding in line with service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC, and Privacy is advantageous but not essential.

About You

  • Previous experience in a VIP customer-facing role such as onboarding, registration, rewards and loyalty, or front office.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frontline environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences, including probity and credit clearance.
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous but not required.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster, including evening shifts up to midnight.
  • Commitment to peak trade shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one additional weekday.
