We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead the team in our Parap and Gateway Shopping Centre stores. These stores are approximately 20 minutes apart, and we're looking for someone committed to working full shifts at each store.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for representing ASN values and helping the team have the highest level of care for the store. You will be active in the community and passionate about helping your customers and your team reach their potential

What is expected of you...

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective running of the store

  • Monitoring and ensuring high levels of customer service

  • Develop, train and motivate your team to increase productivity

  • Drive sales to meet store budget and targets

  • Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous improvement

  • Local marketing and networking to improve sales

  • Manage day to day operations including financials and inventory

  • Uphold and promote ASN company values
