Your Role:

As an Processing Hand , you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to details is key .This role includes QC check and coverage of  production roles

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure products meet required quality standards
  • Performing routine product testing and sampling to verify compliance with quality specification, including physical, chemical and visual characteristics
  • Identifying and documenting defects in products or production process, ensuring timely correction and reporting. Supporting production team to close gaps during processing, i.e adding ice in the bath if the water/product temp is out of spec
  • Labelling to product and generating labels
  • Entering the details in live farmer to create product records
  • Assisting in training staff member and mentoring staff
  • Assisting on production line as per direction from Supervisor and Manager

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge and experience of production processes within a food based / fresh produce manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Availability to work according to roster which can be between Monday to Saturday and 6 AM start.
  • Willing to learn new skills with a hands-on approach attitude.
