About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Community Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with NDIS participants to support them in daily living tasks, social engagement, community access, and personal development—helping them live a meaningful and independent life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and community-based support to participants
  • Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and daily living activities
  • Support participants in accessing the community and attending appointments
  • Encourage independence and promote participant choice and control
  • Document progress and report concerns in line with policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check (NSW and/or VIC)
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online course)

Desirable

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or relevant field
  • Experience with mental health, dementia, or high-intensity support needs
