Overview

Disability Support Worker New South Wales - Christmas Casual Positions - Located in Albury/Wodonga at Kirinari Community Services. Casual roles to support customers during the Christmas period. Significant availability required across days/nights/weekends/public holidays. Training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Support people in day-to-day living in SIL/Group Homes and other settings, providing quality 24/7 care in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Provide direct support across domestic and personal care needs and help customers access and connect with the community.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work shift work, including sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.
  • Resilience, confidence, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
  • Ability to use computers and learn software/programs; smartphone; Driver\'s licence.
