Serviceman (mobile refueling across multiple sites)

This role includes refueling, greasing, check and changing oils, lubricants and filters on various sites daily. Assisting fitters with Preventative maintenance and PM Servicing were required. Machinery includes all kinds of civil construction equipment as well as our fleet of heavy vehicle trucks and light vehicles. Ideally to be considered for this role you will have mechanical aptitude and a positive, safe and practical outlook.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This role will be responsible for the effective efficient refueling and maintenance of our mobile plant and equipment. In addition, this role will be expected to proactively uphold and comply with all Safety, Environmental Standards and HR guidelines.

• Complete maintenance and refueling tasks
• Communicate maintenance, safety and other issues to your supervisor through direct communication and through our maintenance app
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Be willing to undertake further training and development.
• Demonstrate a healthy attitude towards protecting the environment.
• Possess a strong and uncompromising attitude towards safety; and
• Act respectfully to your team to maintain a harmonious workplace.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for these opportunities you must:

• IMPORTANT: have a positive, optimistic attitude and work well and communicate as a team.
• Have an interest in working on a range of civil machinery - Hitachi, Komatsu, CAT, a fleet of road trucks etc.
• Hold a current Australian HR driver's license
• Have a good understanding of plant and equipment and their service requirements.
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and pre-employment medical.

Desirable but not essential:

• Current forklift license.
