We need someone who:

  • MSP experience: Must have worked in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients.
  • Problem Solver: You are energised by solving business challenges with technology.
  • Customer's greatest fan: Be best in class with your customer service skills to manage solutions for our clients.
  • Troubleshooting expert: You get a buzz out of getting to the root cause of problems.
  • Have an eye for detail: You recognise that one mistake could derail the project/client, hence you communicate and document as if lives depend on it.
  • Team player: You recognise and value the different perspectives and skills my team mates bring. It is not about being a hero but jumping in and contributing to the successful delivery of our mission.
  • Continuous improvement junkie: You look for better ways to do things and passionately advocate continuous improvement.
  • Experienced: 3 years of experience delivering all aspects of a solutions stack – servers, O365, Cloud, Networking, Firewalls, and storage.

Essential Skills needed:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft desktop & Server Products;
  • Windows 7/8/10/11;
  • Windows Server 2012/2016;
  • SQL Server/Exchange Server/Active Directory/Office 365/Azure;
  • Shadow Protect/3CX;
  • Local and Cloud-Based Backup software and maintenance;
  • Virus software and maintenance;
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Efficient time keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive;
  • Be an effective team member;
  • Reliable and trustworthy;
  • Paid on call weekends (approx. one weekend every 12 weeks)
