St Catherine's Primary School , Berwick is seeking a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated classroom teacher who is passionate about improving the educational outcomes for students. You will be working in partnership with our staff, student and parent community beginning Term

The successful applicant will:

  • hold a current VIT registration registered to teach in a primary school setting
  • demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
  • develop and maintain professional and caring relationships
  • engage students in learning and facilitate best educational practice
  • demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of the Catholic Church and school
  • display strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • effectively work as part of a professional educative team
  • demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Curriculum
  • differentiate learning and make learning adjustments according to student needs
  • actively involve themselves in personal learning
  • hold accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school, or a willingness to undertake accreditation (highly desirable).
