The Role

We are seeking a
proactive, results-driven Outbound SDR / Teleappointer
to generate qualified appointments with senior decision-makers (IT Managers, CIOs, CFOs) across the UK market. You'll play a key role in
building the sales pipeline
, qualifying opportunities, and setting up meetings for our consulting team.

This is a
B2B role
where resilience, persistence, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply are critical. We are not looking for someone who is just after a short-term gig — this is a
career opportunity
with long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make consistent outbound calls and emails to engage prospects, qualify leads, and book appointments.
  • Use consultative conversation techniques to uncover needs and position our solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of activities, conversations, and next steps in our CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales and consulting teams to refine strategies and share insights.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B outbound calling experience
    with a strong track record of booking qualified appointments.
  • Familiarity with
    lead qualification frameworks
    (BANT, SPIN, or similar).
  • Confident in discussing
    technical and SaaS/cloud-based solutions
    with IT leaders.
  • Strong
    objection handling skills
    and the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (both written and spoken).
  • Solid computer literacy (CRM systems, Outlook, SoftPhone, and quick adoption of new tools).
  • Based in the
    Philippines
    or
    South Africa
    , with stable internet and a quiet working environment.
