The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Estimator to join our Townsville team.

This dual role oversees insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion — managing estimates, site operations, and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed insurance repair estimates
  • Coordinate trades and oversee multiple projects across the Townsville region
  • Maintain site safety, quality, and compliance to LBS standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, assessors, and insurers
  • Manage variations, budgets, and scheduling through job management systems

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance repair construction (essential)
  • Strong understanding of insurance scopes, estimating, and assessment processes
  • Trade background or builder's licence preferred
  • White Card and current driver's licence required
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Experience using digital estimating and project systems (e.g. Buildertrend, SimPRO, etc.)
