Assistant Buyer

We're seeking a motivated and confident Buyer's Agent to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential car sellers—calling inbound leads and reaching out to prospects to negotiate and secure car purchases. You'll also assist with general administrative duties to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential sellers via phone and email to assess interest in selling their vehicle
  • Negotiate purchase prices and terms
  • Conduct preliminary vehicle assessments based on provided information
  • Manage and update internal databases and records
  • Assist with other administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Who You Are

  • A confident communicator with excellent phone manner
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Passionate about cars and the automotive industry (preferred, but not essential)
  • Previous experience in sales, automotive, or customer service is highly valued

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,041.73 – $81,190.05 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
