The role

Based in Sydney, this opportunity is for a Solicitor to join a high-performing Insurance practice group. You will work closely with a Partner on personal injury claims-based litigation and recovery actions, including CTP claims. The role provides exposure to common law personal injury matters, advocacy, mediation, and preparation for trial across the Supreme Court, District Court, and Personal Injury Commission.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 2–3+ years PAE
  • Experience in personal injury litigation, preferably representing insurers, employers, or occupiers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and other parties
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • A willingness to learn and mentor junior colleagues
