We currently have an opportunity for a Full Time Handy Person . Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in the delivery of services and the completion of all assigned maintenance, grounds, lawns & cleaning tasks to achieve contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications, and special school projects. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Maintain site grounds and lawns
  • Undertake minor building maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure the completion of all on site Facilities Management Services and control of associated contractors
  • Ensure school is opened on time each morning
  • Provide detailed accurate ad/hoc reporting

What You'll Bring (experience required)

  • Landscaping and/or grounds maintenance experience highly desirable
  • Experience in general maintenance and repairs essential
  • Understanding of OH&S regulations.
  • Current Driver's License
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
