We're growing our team and looking for passionate educators to join us

As part of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program across East Gippsland, you'll have the chance to transform lives while building your own career. We currently have permanent and casual opportunities in the townships of Sale, Bairnsdale, Lindenow and Wurruk.

What you'll do?

  • Inspire students by delivering language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills training
  • Empower learners to overcome barriers and achieve success
  • Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that bring education to life
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and tailor training to meet learner needs

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Working Towards
  • Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Education or TESOL highly regarded
  • Digital literacy skills and confidence using technology in the classroom

Desirable:

  • Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Education or TESOL highly regarded
  • Experience in the agriculture/horticulture/landscaping industry
