Site Wellbeing Practitioner

The Lead of Site Wellbeing and Practice oversees the strategic wellbeing and social inclusion responses of the campus, reporting directly to the Head of Campus.
They provide operational line management and practice leadership to youth workers and young people on site, working collaboratively with Principal, site leadership team, Teachers, Youth Workers, and Educational Assistants.
The key role is to implement and lead the Wellbeing Framework and whole-site wellbeing plan.
Key responsibilities will be negotiated at the time of appointment with the Principal.
About You- We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the youth work/social services/health profession.
- Previous experience in wellbeing programs is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related health science are essential for this position.
- Experience working with young people disenfranchised from mainstream education is also required.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and self-directed application of knowledge with substantial depth in developing site-based wellbeing programs in response to student needs.
- They will use data to measure the success of program offerings on the school site.
