Your new role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will participate in the completion of a Cert III in Process Manufacturing while gaining on-the-job training and experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards.
  • Assist in the daily operation of plant equipment (OLRP, shredder, baler, granulator).
  • Help with sorting, loading, and moving material safely and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, skip bins, and trailers.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
  • Support quality control by identifying and removing contamination.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Participate in training and rotate through different departments to learn site operations.
