You will
  • Identify and respond to maintenance requests as requested (e.g painting, patching or general troubleshooting)
  • Carry out, and ensure all planned preventative maintenance checks are completed as per schedules
  • Work with the Aveo Facilities team and contractors to ensure external works are attended to and completed to a high standard
  • Conduct regular inspections around the village to rectify any maintenance defects and issues
  • Complete maintenance administration items, including responding to emails, raising work orders and updating records
  • Schedule external contractors to repair any
  • Enjoy connecting with residents around the village and build on resident satisfaction
  • Assist with any other tasks around the village to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Please note - this is not a gardening role. We've got that covered.
What you will bring
  • Experience and/or skilled in maintenance, repair, facilities or construction fields (e.g highly skilled in domestic repairs, or previous experience in a trade)
  • A proactive, outgoing & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day
  • Valid driver's licence and two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
  • Current Police Check certificate (If you do not have one, we can complete for you)
