As a Clinical Care Manager, you will lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections.

  • Permanent - Full Time position, 38 hours per week at Coffs Haven Residential Care Service

About the Role

  • Lead and inspire a positive culture for your team aligned with Fresh Hope Communities' values.
  • Oversee clinical care on shift, contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, and addressing any gaps in care and ensuring timely resolution
  • Foster resident-centred care which meets the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents,
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeing and outcomes,
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the facility manager.

What You Bring

  • Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
  • Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
  • Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence,
  • Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
