With the Spring and Summer season coming up we are now on the on the lookout for experienced and passionate Food and Beverage staff to join our dynamic leadership team and help us continue to deliver outstanding guest experiences..

About the role:
  • Providing friendly customer service with a warm welcome to all guests
  • Operation of tills and cash handling
  • Preparing and serving drinks
  • Making memorable events for our guests
  • Assist in the creation of new cocktails, pop-up stands and special events
About You:

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who have:

  • A current NSW RSA certificate
  • Willingness to work in a variety of areas including bar, bistro and floor
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great service
