About you

You are a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or Fintech environment. You bring deep expertise in gathering and documenting software requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.

You thrive in agile, collaborative settings and are comfortable leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes. Your communication skills enable you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about emerging technologies, especially the application of AI and Machine Learning in real-world business scenarios. You have a solutions-focused approach with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and software requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret data from machine learning models for real-world application.
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria, supporting testing and seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and project tracking in agile environments.
  • Support and mentor junior team members while ensuring data security and compliance.
