We are seeking an Assistant Manager from a similar food and beverage environment who excels in strong people management and leading others. You will enjoy thriving in a busy environment as well as leading your team to ensure a welcoming environment that strives to exceed guest expectations.

Assist the Café Manager in all day-to-day operations through;

  • Lead by example and be hands on with your team
  • Deliver exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality
  • Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business
  • Maintain and grow customer and supplier relationships
  • Shared responsibility for stock management and ordering
  • Work with the Café Manager on budgeting and cost controls
  • Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guests

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday 5:30am - 9:30pm, with 2 RDOs per week
  • Passion for coffee
