Casual Cleaner – Crystal Clear Cleaning Services

We're a small, fast-growing business with a supportive and friendly team. As demand grows, we're looking for a casual cleaner to join us and grow with the business.

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to assist with a range of cleaning duties across residential and commercial sites. This is a casual role with 8–10 hours per week to start, with the potential to increase hours over time. Full training and all equipment are provided.

Duties Include:

  • General cleaning of homes and offices
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and wiping surfaces
  • Bathroom and kitchen cleans
  • Spot cleaning walls and light switches
  • Occasional end-of-lease or deep cleaning jobs
  • Following checklists and quality standards
  • Representing the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Police check or willingness to obtain one
  • Availability Wednesday–Friday (flexible start times)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and safe use
