We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk to support our office operations. In this role, you will coordinate appointment bookings with tenants, communicate with field staff, and ensure schedules run smoothly. You'll handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries professionally, and manage rescheduling or escalations as needed. Accurate data entry is key, including maintaining job records, uploading documents, and assisting with reports and claims.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, scheduling, or data entry and preferably in a construction or maintenance setting. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and online job portals is required.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
A minimum of 1+ years customer service experience is required for this role.
A minimum of 1+ years data entry experience is essential.

Year 12 completion is the minimum education requirement for this position.
