We are seeking a confident and energetic superstar to join our outstanding dental team at Eltham Dental Clinic. A perfect start to a rewarding career. No previous experience required, just a positive and can-do attitude Training is provided with the successful candidate given the opportunity to undertake certificate III in Dental Assisting.

About You

You will possess a bright, positive attitude, compassionate and caring nature, a strong work ethic, reliable and punctual. You will be energetic in your approach to work and will have a natural ability to engage with patients and co-workers in a cheerful and professional manner. You will play a key role towards the ongoing success of our practice and an understanding of patient care and enhancing the patient experience is vital.

  • A polished, professional image with a high standard of personal presentation
  • Dedication to your new role, with long term commitment required
  • Superior interpersonal skills with ability to foster a patient focused working environment and build rapport with patients and staff
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and direction, multi-task and work well within a fast paced, cohesive team environment

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice and work within core opening or extended hours on a roster or as required basis will be expected of the successful candidate.
