About the role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) - Implementation Site Lead (ISL) will lead the local implementation of the PREDICT (Prevention & Early Delirium Identification Carer Toolkit) initiative across Northern NSW LHD. The CNC will play an important role in championing delirium care, project data collection, site-level coordination, and support evaluating the scalability and feasibility of the PREDICT intervention in hospital settings. Ensuring the effective integration of person-centred delirium prevention strategies into routine clinical practice.
