Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Only Sales Agent located in Willoughby, NSW, with some work from home acceptable. The role involves actively seeking out clients and establishing long-lasting relationships, presenting properties to potential buyers, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. The Sales Agent will also be tasked with market analysis and negotiation to achieve the best deal for the client.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Residential or Commercial Sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Real Estate License for NSW is a requirement
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience a plus
