**So, who are you?**

You're a seasoned, polished and adept sales professional with CS/CX experience. But more importantly, if you're:

- ** A sales expert**with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- ** Experienced**with 5+ years in a client-facing/customer relationship role
- ** An exceptional communicator**with strong written and verbals skills, and an ability to build rapport
- ** A strong organiser**who can manage multiple client accounts, with high attention to detail
- ** A problem solver.**You have a creative and solution-oriented approach when it comes to addressing client needs and resolving any challenges that may arise
- ** Passionate and knowledgable** about luxury outdoor furniture and design, with an ability to offer expert guidance to clients regarding product selection, trends, and functionality
- A strong interest in outdoor living, luxury design and premium home products
- An ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally with different teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing etc.)
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, designers, architects, and other industry professionals
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury context

**The gig**

It's a hybrid role with their office located in Willoughby. This role is vital in ensuring that every client receives an unparalleled experience.

On a daily or weekly basis you will be responsible for things like:

- Client Relationship Management
- Sales Support & Strategy
- Customer Service Excellence
- Project & Event Management
- Brand Advocacy & Promotion
- Reporting & Feedback
