About the role

Terazzo Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team in Brisbane, QLD 4000. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality concrete construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and pour concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures to specification
  2. Operate hand tools and power tools required for concrete work
  3. Ensure work areas are safe and comply with relevant safety standards
  4. Collaborate with the broader construction team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  5. Comply with company policies including WHS

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Concreter, preferably in the commercial construction
  2. Commercial/Industrial concreting experience is preferred for this role
  3. Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, screeding and finishing techniques
  4. Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications is regarded
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Commitment to safety and quality standards
  8. Relevant construction industry qualifications or certifications
  9. Candidates must have appropriate Australian work authorisation
  10. Current White Card certification is required
