Cavfield is proud to be partnering with a leading national fleet management company to recruit a Customer Support Agent for their 24/7 roadside assistance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that plays a critical role in keeping Australia's drivers moving.

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the calm, confident voice their customers hear in moments of stress or urgency. You'll assess the situation, coordinate a rapid response, and deliver a reassuring experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls for roadside assistance.
  • Gather and record accurate information to assess each situation and dispatch the appropriate support.
  • Communicate clearly with service providers, dispatch teams, and customers to ensure timely and effective assistance.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or managers when required.
  • Use internal systems to track, update, and resolve customer cases in real time.
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on service excellence.
  • Follow established procedures and comply with service, privacy, and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or dispatch environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using digital tools and internal systems to manage customer information.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • The ability to hold and maintain a security clearance (baseline or higher), including meeting all relevant eligibility requirements.
