About the Role

We're looking for two motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in the oil and grease industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your sales and marketing skills with a supportive team behind you. Whether you're in Melbourne or Regional Victoria, you'll represent our brand, promote our premium lubricants, and help grow our customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain customer relationships in your territory
  • Promote and sell a premium range of oils and lubricants
  • Spot new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Provide clear and accurate product information
  • Track and report on sales activities

What We're Looking For

  • No sales experience required — we'll train you
  • Confident, friendly, and reliable with great communication skills
  • Current driver's licence (with ability to travel locally/day trips)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Outlook, XERO, CRM) are a plus
